  • Choke Manifold (Logging)/Test Manifold
Introduction

Located on the drilling platform, chock manifolds are designed to effectively control wellbore fluids and shut off well during the logging stage. An adjustable choke valve installed on one side is used for well flushing or during lower water level, whereas a positive choke valve installed on the other side is used for accurate velocity control with the middle passage of the manifold used during heating or blowout. And the positive grease fitting allows to measure the pressure, temperature and composition of the wellbore fluids in order to calculate the output and deliverability of the well.

We can provide customized choke manifold depending on customers’ requirements.

Features
The design, manufacture and inspection conform to API Spec 16C Specification for choke and kill systems.
Flanges are connected by bolts and adopt pressure energized ring gasket to deliver reliable sealing performance.
The choke manifold consists of gate valve, chock valve, spacer spool, cross and data head for data acquisition.
The positive and adjustable choke valves adjust the well pressure and flow by replacement of the plug size of the positive chock valve and open/close position change of the adjustable choke valve plug.
